The hardest step this week....

This is how I have felt for the past week. But since my goal is to run even when I don't feel like it or feel like I have time.....I can say I have done it. I have managed to get myself out the door and run between 2 and 6 miles. It makes it that much easier for the next day that is for sure.

Hmm...I guess that is so true. I love the feeling after a run, but it's tough to just go. :)
