4th of July

We had a wonderful fourth. It was relaxing and hot. There weren't any plans and we could do whatever we wanted. After waking up at 8:00 Dan, Connor and I went for a walk up to the park and around part of it. Then came home and were going to go out to breakfast but soon realized that there isn't a Denney's or IHOP close enough to go to. Seriously of all places you would think Columbia/Ellicott City would. Oh they don't. So we didn't do that but went out and got some things to BBQ. Then came home for Connor's nap. While C was napping we watched Gone. Then we ventured out to the fireworks about a mile away. Still nothing compares to the Idaho Falls fireworks but Connor loved them and that is what matters. (Sadly no pictures) :(

Laid back holidays are the best. Speaking of Columbia's lack of family restaurants: Why is there no Dairy Queen or Sonic?
