All I want..

Preface... this pregnancy I haven't been able to eat salads due to a severe stomachache afterwards. The pain isnt worth it to cave either and my running has been very limited. I'm still walking but sometimes its just not the same.  And today that is all I want..... a nice big salad with EVERYTHING on it and I want to run a nice long run without any aches and pains. But I will wait because all of this really is worth the wait. :-)

Memorial Day

(Sorry for some reason all my pictures wont upload so there arent many)We had a great Memorial Day Weekend. Dan took Friday off and we went to the National Aquarium and had a Pizza Night (well really most Fridays are). Saturday we relaxed and hung out and then Sunday after church we went to PA so that we could make our Annual Float trip of the Swatara River. Fun weekend.

A little update from he past few months

Really I have been meaning to blog about recent activities/events from the past few months but they dropped to the bottom of the list of things to do. It now seemed like the perfect Sat afternoon activity while the boys slept a little longer than me this afternoon :) Really you are just getting pictures though.

At the beginning of April my sister flew out to see me. We had an awesome time. We ate cheesecake, lots of healthy junk food. I love having visitors. We went to the Cherry Blossom Festival. Very pretty.

 

May is a rainy month out here so we have had to find many activities to keep this boy entertained...

 

 

We planted a small garden this year and I am actually kind of excited to see what we get. I definitely don't have a green thumb but thanks to Dan (he reminds us to water them) we may have some luck.

 

I "seeping"

Friday was a hard day for Connor and I. We werent seeing eye to eye and there was a lot of whining on his end because he didn't want to do as I asked or I wouldnt give him everything he wanted. Let s say when 730 came around I was ready for my girls night. I think someone may have informed Connor he was two and to let the tantrums begin. :-) . Well I came home only to realize I missed him and needed to snuggle him so I went into his room and picked him up (I used to do this every night a few months ago) and tried to get a quick snuggle in before bed. As soon as I did, he "yelled" at me and said "I seeping" and tried to jump back in bed. Made me laugh. I now know not to bug him while he is sleeping, which he definitely gets from me. :-)

We are having......

Another little boy :) We found out today that we will have another little guy running around with Connor. We can't wait. This pregnancy has been so different in so many ways and so I thought that it was a girl but we couldn't be more excited to have another little Connor running around. (Sorry no ultrasound pic for here, check facebook or instagram)

Cherry Blossoms?

We went with some friends to go see the Cherry Blossom Festival in DC on Monday and sadly, the blossoms haven't come out yet, so I am hoping they will be out next week when we have family in town :) So we just went to the museums instead. Still had a fun day hanging out.

Easter

Easter this year was fun. We ended up having a small easter egg hunt on the Tues after because no one was really feeling good on Easter day. So here are a few pics from Easter morning and then the Easter egg hunt later that week. :)
